Venue Location
Our event will be taking place at The Biltmore Mayfair, 44 Grosvenor Square, London W1K 2HP.

Public Transport
You can get to The Biltmore Mayfair by train and tube. The nearest tube station is Bond Street via the Elizabeth, Central or Jubilee lines. Bond Street station is 0.6 miles / 0.9 km from the venue.
The nearest inter-city train station is Euston. The train station is 2.2 miles / 3.5 km from The Biltmore Mayfair. Eurostar connections to other european cities are available via St Pancras International. This station is 2.7 miles / 4.3 km away from the venue.
Parking Information
All hotel parking is valet parking. Staff are available at both entrances of the hotel. Grosvenor square and Adams Row Vehicles for blue Badge holders may be parked in the forecourt of Adam’s Row entrance.
There are electric vehicle charging points in the Adam’s row forecourt The on-street Blue Badge parking bay(s) is/are located on Grosvenor Square, outside the entrances to the hotel and The Betterment Restaurant.
Accessibility Info
The Biltmore Mayfair provides step free access for event guests through the dedicated event entrance on Carlos Place Street. Once in the event space, there is access to the ballroom via a ramp.

Check-In Details
Your admission QR code will be sent by FT Live the day before the event.
Please have it ready at the registration kiosk for a smooth check-in and badge printing.
